  1. Fill glass with ice.
  2. Pour in a little tonic water.
  3. Pour in apple liquor and gin.

Gin Appletonic is beguiling above average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml apple liqueur spiritopia and 15ml gin pinot grigio ginato with 55ml tonic water as well as 190ml ice and best with lunch. Just fill glass with ice then pour in a little tonic water and pour in apple liquor and gin. Top with tonic water and served in a highball glass cold.
