Ghostini is dainty quite strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml rum gunnery adelaide hills distillery and 30ml chocolate liqueur vok with 30ml cream as well as 100ml ice and best with buffet style food. Just put ice cubes into shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake the hell out of it quickly. Strain into cold glass and garnish with a white chocolate truffle and served in a saucer glass cold.
