Gengibre Y Romero is succulent robust cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml tequila reposado patron and 15ml ginger liqueur stirrings with 30ml yuzu juice as well as 100ml ice and best with an entree or small snack. Just place ice into shaker then add in the rosemary and shake the hell out of it. Pour in other ingredients and add pinch of pepper and shake well again then salt rim glass and fine strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
