Method - Poured - Warm

Warm serving glass and pie.
Add the tarragon into warm glass.
Pour in the hot water over tarragon.
Pour in the rose wine.
Good with a leak and chicken pie.

Wine Rose - Rose wine made from black skinned grapes and can be a light pink to a dark purple color.

Water Hot - Hot water is a transparent tasteless odorless and nearly colorless chemical called H2O.

Gallia Belgica is appealing standard cocktail at 1.2 standard drinks. Built with 120ml wine rose and 30ml water hot and best with lunch. Just warm serving glass and pie then add the tarragon into warm glass and pour in the hot water over tarragon. Pour in the rose wine and good with a leak and chicken pie and served in a wine glass warm.
