Galapagos Island is thirst quenching strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Built with 45ml pisco vinas de oro and 55ml soda water with 190ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just place ice into glass then pour in one and a half shots of pisco and add soda water to top glass and served in a highball glass cold.
