Fruit Cake is delightful mild cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml rum el dorado 25years and 100ml cake fruit with 50ml custard creme anglaise and best with dessert type dishes. Just add warm fruit cake to glass then sprinkle in the aged rum and pour creme anglaise on top and add a spoon on the side and add a few candied almond on top and served in a old fashioned glass warm.
