Freedom Rider is dainty weak cocktail at 0.3 standard drinks. Built with 30ml bourbon liqueur cream and 40ml milk and served with sweet dishes. Just add vourbon cream into glass then poor in the milk and sprinkle coconut on top. Splash bitters on top of coconut and served in a liqueur glass cold.
