Forro Nyol is finom medium cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Built with 15ml plum liqueur pecsetes sljivovica and 15ml palinka with 120ml consomme rabbit and served as or alongside soup dishes. Just warm glass and rabbit consomme then pour in palinka and plum liqueur into warm glass and add warm rabbit consomme. Drop in small cube of butter and alow to melt and sprinkle a little hungarian spice mix on top and optimal service temperature would be 60c to 70c or 140f to 158f and serve cocktail bread sticks on the side and served in a old fashioned glass warm.
