Fordlandia is delectable strong cocktail at 1.5 standard drinks. Layered with 30ml cachaca avua and 30ml lime liqueur pisang ambon with 40ml soda water as well as 190ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just place ice into glass then add in ounce of cachaca and pour in soda water. Sprinkle pisang on top and served in a highball glass cold.
