Method
  1. Use cold glass.
  2. Add scoop of sorbet to cold glass.
  3. Pour vodka over top.
  4. Sprinkle anise on top.
  5. Garnish with a mint leaf.

Florentine Float is verfris robust cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Built with 30ml anise liqueur osborne and 30ml vodka pink tread softly with 40ml sorbet strawberry and served as or with a sorbet course. Just use cold glass then add scoop of sorbet to cold glass and pour vodka over top. Sprinkle anise on top and garnish with a mint leaf and served in a saucer glass cold.
