Method - Poured - Cold

Fill glass with ice to chill.
Add sherry to glass.
Add triple sec.
Add soda water.
Float campari on top.
Delightful

Sherry Sweet - Sweet sherry has sugar content 160 plus grams per litre and is a fortified wine made from white grapes.

Orange Liqueur - Orange liqueur is also called triple sec meaning tripple destilled and comes as a sweet or dry and colored or colorless orange citrus flavoured liqueur.

Soda Water - Carbonated water also called sparkling water or club soda or seltzer is water into which carbon dioxide gas under pressure has been dissolved.

Campari - Campari is an capsicum liqueur considered an aparitif obtained from the infusion of extract of capsicum herbs and fruit in alcohol and water. It is a bitter characterised by its dark red colour.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

First Avenue is delightful full bodied cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml sherry sweet and 30ml orange liqueur with 20ml soda water as well as 10ml campari including 100ml ice and best with lunch. Just fill glass with ice to chill then add sherry to glass and add triple sec. Add soda water and float campari on top and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
