Method - Poured - Cold

Place a small amount of ice into shaker.
Add ingredients into shaker over ice.
Shake well.
Pour all into glass.
Pack more ice cubes into glass.
Garnish with moon slice of lemon.

Fedora is mouth watering very strong cocktail at 2 standard drinks. Built with 30ml brandy and 30ml curacao red with 10ml rum pineapple largo bay as well as 10ml bourbon including 10ml sugar syrup also 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just place a small amount of ice into shaker then add ingredients into shaker over ice and shake well. Pour all into glass and pack more ice cubes into glass and garnish with moon slice of lemon and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
