Method - Shaken - Cold

Place ice into shaker.
Add all ingredients to shaker.
Quick shake to mix.
Strain into glass.
Garnish with orange citrus knots.

Brandy - Brandy is a spirit produced by distilling pomace or marc or wine or fermented fruit juice and generally contains 35 to 60 alcohol by volume.

Vermouth Sweet - Sweet vermouth also called Italian Vermouth is a fortified wine with an alcohol content of around 16 percent and a sugar content of around 14 to 15 percent.

Orange Liqueur - Orange liqueur is also called triple sec meaning tripple destilled and comes as a sweet or dry and colored or colorless orange citrus flavoured liqueur.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Orange Peel - Skin of a orange also known as peel or zest high in orange oil.

Fabiola is delish robust cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml brandy and 30ml vermouth sweet with 30ml orange liqueur as well as 100ml ice and best with an entree or small snack. Just place ice into shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and quick shake to mix. Strain into glass and garnish with orange citrus knots and served in a saucer glass cold.
