Method
  1. Add ingredients to mixing glass.
  2. Gently dry stir without ice.
  3. Pour into glass.

Exam Procrastinator is palatable above average cocktail at 0.6 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml whisky cream whistler and 30ml beer brew porter and taken after dinner or late in the night. Just add ingredients to mixing glass then gently dry stir without ice and pour into glass and served in a liqueur glass at room temperature.
