Method
  1. Fill glass with ice to chill.
  2. Add the test of the ice to shaker,
  3. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  4. Shake well.
  5. Strain into glass over ice.

Even Pair is izletes full bodied cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Shaken with 25ml vermouth dry and 25ml gin dry botanist islay with 10ml pear liqueur merlet as well as 60ml tonic water including 290ml ice and best with vegetable and vegetarian dishes. Just fill glass with ice to chill then add the test of the ice to shaker, and add all ingredients to shaker. Shake well and strain into glass over ice and served in a highball glass cold.
