Add whisky into glass.
Stir in the apple juice.

Whisky Adelphi - Adelphi Penderyn 8 Year Old Cask Strength Single Malt Welsh Whisky and comes from the Penderyn distillery the first Welsh distillery in over a century named for the small village of Penderyn near which its situated.

Apple Juice - Apple juice is a fluid fruit juice made by the maceration and pressing of an apple into a fine sweet juice.

Beer Brew - Beer is brewed from grains commonly malted barley though wheat maize and rice with an alcohol level between 2 to 12 percent and dates back to 2050 BC.

Erie Shovel is drinkable full bodied cocktail at 3.2 standard drinks. Built with 60ml whisky adelphi and 60ml apple juice with 170ml beer brew and good with afternoon tea. Just add whisky into glass then stir in the apple juice and slowly top glass with beer and served in a highball glass cold.
