Method - Layered - Cold

Place ice into mixing glass.
Add ingredients to mixing glass.
Mix well.
Hawthorne strain into glass.
Garnish with candied orange.

Orange Juice - Orange Juice is fruit citrus liquid with clean sweet or sour taste and is orange in color with low acid level.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Candied Orange - Candied orange dried and infused with sugar also called crystallized orange or glace orange.

En Mode is stimulating quite strong cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Layered with 30ml gin sacred spirits and 15ml vodka tread softly with 45ml orange juice as well as 100ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just place ice into mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and mix well. Hawthorne strain into glass and garnish with candied orange and served in a martini glass cold.
