Eminence is succulent strong cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Stirred with 45ml brandy richelieu and 45ml pomegranate juice with 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add ice to mixing glass then pour all ingredients into mixing glass and stir ingredients together until mixed. Hawthorne strain into glass and served in a martini glass cold.
