Emily Weir is mouth watering robust cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Built with 30ml apple liqueur evan williams and 15ml peach liqueur ogdens own with 15ml vodka as well as 30ml lemon soda including 100ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just place ice into glass then add apple and peach liqueurs and pour in vodka. Top with lemon soda and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
