  1. Chill whit wine very cold.
  2. Add in the elderberry liqueur.
  3. Pour in a little brandy.
  4. Add in the chilld white wine.

Elderberry Liqueur - Elderberry Liqueur flavoured liqueur with intense nose with aromas of peony and rose. Hints of gentian and vegetal notes aromas of acidulous berries lemon peel and green nut but the traits of elderberry remain well established.

Elder Wine is glorious strong cocktail at 2.1 standard drinks. Built with 15ml elderberry liqueur and 15ml brandy with 120ml wine white and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just chill whit wine very cold then add in the elderberry liqueur and pour in a little brandy. Add in the chilld white wine and served in a wine glass cold.
