  1. Add shot of estonian licorice to glass.

Ehitamine is maitsev average cocktail at 2.5 standard drinks. Built with 30ml licorice liqueur apricot and 30ml vodka silver swan with 230ml beer brew spruce and good with afternoon tea. Just add shot of estonian licorice to glass then pour in estonian vodka and top glass with estonian beer and garnish with half a maraschino cherry and served in a highball glass cold.
