Egg Punch is tasteful medium cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml sherry and 30ml brandy with 15ml lemon juice as well as 15ml orange juice including 30ml jelly calves also 10ml capillaire syrup together with 60ml egg and 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add a little ice to shaker then pour lemon and orange juice into shaker and crack in one whole egg. Vigorously shake and add the other ingredients and shake well again then pour everything into glass and add more ice into glass and served in a highball glass cold.
