East Meets West is tasteful heavy cocktail at 2.7 standard drinks. Stirred with 40ml bourbon henry mckenna and 40ml ginger liqueur tamborine mountain with 20ml wine rice sake go shu as well as 10ml bitters peychaud including 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just place ice into mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well. Strain into glass and served in a martini glass cold.
