Earthquake is extremely pleasant full bodied cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Shaken with 15ml bourbon american eagle 12year and 15ml vodka no 209 with 15ml amaretto as well as 20ml lime juice including 20ml orange juice also 15ml pineapple juice together with 190ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just fill glass with ice to chill then add all ingredients to shaker and dry shake without ice. Pour into glass over ice and served in a highball glass cold.
