  1. Warm serving glass and consomme.
  2. Add marinated mushroom to glass.
  3. Pour in the whisky.
  4. Stir in the mushroom consomme.
  5. Garnish with thyme.

Dunglen is luscious light cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml whisky islay mist 8year and 30ml mushroom marinated with 190ml consomme mushroom and served as or alongside soup dishes. Just warm serving glass and consomme then add marinated mushroom to glass and pour in the whisky. Stir in the mushroom consomme and garnish with thyme and served in a coffee glass warm.
