Duck Soup is lahodny smooth cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml brandy grape armagnac chateau du tariquet and 120ml consomme duck and good with afternoon tea. Just warm glass and consomme soup then drop fennel leaf into glass and pour in shot of armagnac brandy. Add in one hot duck meatball and pour in the duck consomme and served in a old fashioned glass warm.
