Drill Rap is beguiling strong cocktail at 4 standard drinks. Stirred with 60ml fortified wine thunderbird and 30ml everclear 189 proof with 30ml lemon juice as well as 10ml lemon syrup including 170ml club soda and good with afternoon tea. Just add fortified wine to glass then pour in the everclear and add syrup and juice. Stir in the club soda and served in a highball glass at room temperature.
