Method
  1. Add ice to cocktail mixing glass.
  2. Pour all ingredients into mixing glass.
  3. Stir ingredients together until mixed.
  4. Hawthorne strain into glass.

Doudou is fortifying very strong cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Stirred with 60ml rum spiced cuthill and 15ml pineapple juice with 15ml guava juice as well as 100ml ice and best with vegetable and vegetarian dishes. Just add ice to cocktail mixing glass then pour all ingredients into mixing glass and stir ingredients together until mixed. Hawthorne strain into glass and served in a martini glass cold.
