Method
  1. Add half the ice to shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  3. Quick shake to mix.
  4. Pour all into rocks glass.
  5. Fill glass with ice.
  6. Lovely

Doris is lovely quite strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml brandy metaxa 5 star and 30ml mandarin liqueur onedrop with 30ml mandarin juice as well as 100ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just add half the ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and quick shake to mix. Pour all into rocks glass and fill glass with ice and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
