Method - Poured - Cold

Put the ice into tall glass.
Add shot of hong kong baijiu.
Top glass with lemon soda.
Add IOU to side of drink.

Just put the ice into tall glass then add shot of hong kong baijiu and top glass with lemon soda and add iou to side of drink and served in a highball glass cold.
