Method - Shaken - Cold

Put ice cubes into shaker.
Add all ingredients to shaker.
Shake well.
Fine strain into glass.
Garnish with strip of coconut flesh.
Enjoyable

Rum Dictador 20years - Dictador 20 Years rum is made from the fermentation of virgin sugar cane honey that has been distilled in both copper alembic and steel with intense dark amber with soft vanilla smoky honey toffee and oak on the nose.

Coconut Cream - Coconut cream is very similar to coconut milk but contains less water.

Devils Island is enjoyable quite strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml rum dictador 20years and 15ml coconut cream with 30ml coconut water as well as 100ml ice and best with buffet style food. Just put ice cubes into shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Fine strain into glass and garnish with strip of coconut flesh and served in a saucer glass cold.
