Method
  1. Add half the ice to mixing glass.
  2. Add watermelon sorbet to glass.
  3. Pour all ingredients into mixing glass.
  4. Stir well.
  5. Pour all into glass.
  6. Add more ice to glass.
  7. Garnish with water melon .

Stirred with 30ml gin and 30ml watermelon cider with 40ml soda water as well as 90ml sorbet watermelon including 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add half the ice to mixing glass then add watermelon sorbet to glass and pour all ingredients into mixing glass. Stir well and pour all into glass and add more ice to glass and garnish with water melon and served in a highball glass cold.
