Method - Shaken - Cold

Add ice to shaker.
Add all ingredients.
Shake well.
Rest
Shake well.
Strain into glass.
Garnish with orange slice.

Gin Dry Vickers - Vickers is flavoured with the subtle but aromatic influence of juniper berries and by John and Joseph Vickers distillery J and J Vickers and Co was first registered in 1813.

Vieille Cure - A rather elegant old bottling of Vieille Cure herb liqueur. This was produced at LAbbaye de Cenon just outside Bordeaux in we estimate the 1950s.

Orange Juice - Orange Juice is fruit citrus liquid with clean sweet or sour taste and is orange in color with low acid level.

Egg White - White of a egg also called albumen or the glair glaire used to make your cocktail fluffy you can also use Aquafaba.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Orange - Orange is the fruit of the citrus species citrus.

Depression Chaser is acidic strong cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml gin dry vickers and 15ml vieille cure with 30ml orange juice as well as 10ml egg white including 100ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients and shake well. Rest and shake well and strain into glass and garnish with orange slice and served in a saucer glass cold.
