Defender is stimulating standard cocktail at 2.3 standard drinks. Built with 30ml poitin glendalough and 30ml blackberry syrup with 230ml beer brew stout and good with roasted or barbecue foods. Just place syrup around inside of glass then add in the poitin and top glass with stout beer and served in a highball glass cold.
