Built with 30ml davidson plum liqueur mad rooster and 30ml davidson plum with 30ml custard creme anglaise as well as 100ml cake and best with dessert type dishes. Just add cake into glass then sprinkle over the davidson plum liqueur and add layer of cooked davidson plums. Pour over all creme anglaise and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
