Arak Efe - Efe Raki Klasik anise liqueur is a very pure triple distilled raki made by distilling grape alcohol with aniseed.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Beer Brew Siwa - Siwa Brew Beer is made with barley sorghum finger millet or maize and some yeast and dried leaves of gesho for flavour.

Datacamp is tasteful mild cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Built with 30ml arak efe and 30ml lemon juice with 230ml beer brew siwa and best with lunch. Just use cold glass then add in the shot of turkish arak and pour in a good splash of lemon juice. Top with with beer and served in a highball glass cold.
