Method
  1. Place ice into collins style glass.
  2. Add in the whisky.
  3. Pour in the lemon juice.
  4. Add in the ginger beer.
  5. Sprinkle drambuie on top.

Dancing Leprechaun is heavenly strong cocktail at 1.5 standard drinks. Built with 30ml whisky scotch 25year linkwood and 15ml whisky liqueur drambuie with 10ml lemon juice as well as 45ml ginger beer including 190ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just place ice into collins style glass then add in the whisky and pour in the lemon juice. Add in the ginger beer and sprinkle drambuie on top and served in a highball glass cold.
