Method - Poured - Cold

Poach peach and fan around inside of glass.
Add scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Pour over peach liqueur.
Ribbon raspberry syrup over all.
Serve with cocktail spork.

Just poach peach and fan around inside of glass then add scoop of vanilla ice cream and pour over peach liqueur. Ribbon raspberry syrup over all and serve with cocktail spork and served in a martini glass cold.
