Dame Nellie Melba is dialoguer light cocktail at 0.4 standard drinks. Built with 50ml ice cream vanilla and 30ml peach liqueur vedrenne with 10ml imperial syrup and served as or with a sorbet course. Just poach peach and fan around inside of glass then add scoop of vanilla ice cream and pour over peach liqueur. Ribbon raspberry syrup over all and serve with cocktail spork and served in a martini glass cold.
