Method
  1. Wedge whole a lime.
  2. Add lime to shaker and muddle.
  3. Shave in the sugarloaf.
  4. Pour in the rum and egg yoke.
  5. Muddle well again.
  6. Add ice and shake well.
  7. Strain into tall glass.
  8. Top with the soda water.

Daiquiri Golden Fizz Classic is energizing weak cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml rum light white santa cruz and 15ml sugar sugarloaf with 30ml egg yolk as well as 200ml syphon seltzer including 50ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just wedge whole a lime then add lime to shaker and muddle and shave in the sugarloaf. Pour in the rum and egg yoke and muddle well again and add ice and shake well then strain into tall glass and top with the soda water and served in a highball glass cold.
