Method - Poured - Cold

Fill glass with ice.
Pour cynar amaro over ice.

Amaro Cynar - Cynar Amaro is an bitter liqueur made from 13 herbs and artichokes.

Cynar And Soda is afternoon amaro tonic light cocktail at 0.4 standard drinks. Built with 30ml amaro cynar and 70ml soda water with 190ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just fill glass with ice then pour cynar amaro over ice and top with soda water and garnish with lemon and served in a highball glass cold.
