Carambola Pulp

45ml

Soda Water

13% Alcohol By Volume

Method - Stirred - Cold

Add half the ice to mixing glass.
Add ingredients to mixing glass.
Stir clockwise until well mixed.
Pour all into glass.
Fill glass with ice cubes.

200ml, 7oz, 20cl

Gin Rose - Gin rose with a light pink rose color and can have a flavour of many redish fruits and can be dry or sweet.

Carambola Pulp - Carambola cut and mashed into a pulp

Soda Water - Carbonated water also called sparkling water or club soda or seltzer is water into which carbon dioxide gas under pressure has been dissolved.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Cyclone Bina is moreish above average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml gin rose and 15ml carambola pulp with 45ml soda water as well as 100ml ice and best with lunch. Just add half the ice to mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir clockwise until well mixed. Pour all into glass and fill glass with ice cubes and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
