Method - Stirred - Cold

Pack ice into glass.
Add ingredients to mixing glass.
Stir well.
Pour into glass over ice.
Garnish with slice of laraha from curacao.

Curacao Yellow - Yellow curacao is an orange flavour liqueur with a bright yellow color.

Laraha Juice - Laraha Juice is a fruit juice from the laraha tree also used to make curacao citrus.

Sugar Syrup - Sugar syrup or sirup is a condiment that is a thick viscous liquid consisting primarily of a solution of sugar in water and made by cooking water and sugar together.

Bitters - Bitters is a very strong alcoholic liquid flavored with botanical herbs and spices and are always strong in flavor.

Soda Water - Carbonated water also called sparkling water or club soda or seltzer is water into which carbon dioxide gas under pressure has been dissolved.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Laraha Curacao - Laraha Citrus is a citrus tree that grows on the island of Curacao and descendant of the sour orange.

Curacaute is finger licking medium cocktail at 0.7 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml curacao yellow and 10ml laraha juice with 10ml sugar syrup as well as 10ml bitters including 40ml soda water also 190ml ice and best with lunch. Just pack ice into glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well. Pour into glass over ice and garnish with slice of laraha from curacao and served in a highball glass cold.
