Method - Stirred - Cold

Add ice to mixing glass.
Pour all ingredients into mixing glass.
Stir well.
Strain into glass.
Garnish with cucumber.

Cucumber Juice - Cucumber cleaned and cut then made into a juice.

Lime Juice - A lime is a hybrid fruit which is typically round lime green 36 centimetres in diameter and contains acidic juice vesicles that are are broken.

Tonic Water - Tonic water is a carbonated soft drink in which quinine is dissolved and used as a prophylactic against malaria.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Cucumber - Cucumber is a widely cultivated plant in the gourd family Cucurbitaceae. It is a creeping vine that bears cucumiform fruits that are used as vegetables.

Cucumber Gimlet is lovely above average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml gin morris lane and 30ml cucumber juice with 10ml lime juice as well as 30ml tonic water including 100ml ice and best served with fish and seafood dishes. Just add ice to mixing glass then pour all ingredients into mixing glass and stir well. Strain into glass and garnish with cucumber and served in a martini glass cold.
