Crown Of Thorns is fortifying full bodied cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Built with 10ml gin womad adelaide hills distillery and 10ml americano bianco with 10ml creme de peche joseph cartron as well as 70ml sparkling wine rose and good to have with brunch. Just chill flute glass then pour in a little gin and add the americano. Pour in peach liqueur and finish by adding rose sparkling wine and served in a flute glass cold.
