Cricket Ball is bracing full bodied cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Built with 10ml bitters rhubarb and 10ml bitters peychaud with 10ml sugar cube as well as 10ml dubonnet rouge including 60ml sparkling wine white and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just use cold flute glass then add sugar cube to glass and splash in two types of bitters. Add dubonnet rouge and pour in sparkling white wine and quick stir and served in a flute glass cold.
