Method - Shaken - Cold

Chill glass.
Add ice to shaker.
Add all ingredients to shaker.
Shake well.
Strain into cold glass.

Rum Opthimus - Opthimus old rum sugarcane distillates which are hydrated aged and formulated to become mother rums the backbone of our artisanal production.

Anisette - Anisette or Annisette is a colorless spirit flavoured with aniseed. Can also be found sweet and dry versions liqueurs. It is not botanically related to liquorice or licorice root which are sources of similar flavouring compounds.

Amaretto - Amaretto is a sweet liqueur flavoured from benzaldehyde that provides the principal almond like flavour.

Coconut Cream - Coconut cream is very similar to coconut milk but contains less water.

Evaporated Milk - Evaporated Milk and known in some countries as unsweetened condensed milk is a shelf stable canned cows milk product where about 60 percent of the water has been removed from fresh milk.

Lime Juice - A lime is a hybrid fruit which is typically round lime green 36 centimetres in diameter and contains acidic juice vesicles that are are broken.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Cinnamon - Cinnamon is a spice obtained from the inner bark of several tree species from the genus Cinnamomum.

Nutmeg - Nutmeg is the seed or ground spice of several species of the genus Myristica.

Cremasse is flavoursome christmas cocktail strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml rum opthimus and 10ml anisette with 10ml amaretto as well as 20ml coconut cream including 20ml evaporated milk also 10ml lime juice together with 100ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just chill glass then add ice to shaker and add all ingredients to shaker. Shake well and strain into cold glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
