Shaken with 30ml brandy st agnes xo 40years and 30ml creme de menthe with 30ml bitters fernet branca and best with vegetable and vegetarian dishes. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and quick shake. Hawthorne strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
