Method - Stirred - Cold

Add ice to shaker.
Add all ingredients to shaker.
Shake well.
Strain into glass.
Enjoyable

Gin Dry Anther - Anther Experimental Distillation juniper forward dry style gin complemented by traditional and native botanicals. A spicy savoury gin with a kick of citrus and a long finish of clove nutmeg and ginger.

Vermouth Sweet - Sweet vermouth also called Italian Vermouth is a fortified wine with an alcohol content of around 16 percent and a sugar content of around 14 to 15 percent.

Campari - Campari is an capsicum liqueur considered an aparitif obtained from the infusion of extract of capsicum herbs and fruit in alcohol and water. It is a bitter characterised by its dark red colour.

Vermouth Bitter Punt e Mes - Punt e Mes is a dark brown in color and has a bitter flavour and literally means point and a half in Piedmontese referring to the flavor being characterised as one point of sweetness and half a point of bitterness.

Cornwall Negroni is enjoyable heavy cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml gin dry anther and 10ml vermouth sweet with 10ml campari as well as 10ml vermouth bitter punt e mes including 10ml bitters also 100ml ice and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Strain into glass and served in a martini glass cold.
