Cookie Carnival is palatable watery cocktail with no alcohol. Stirred with 20ml bubble gum syrup amoretti and 20ml milo powder with 210ml milk hot and best with dessert type dishes. Just warm milk and heat up the glass then add milo powder into glass and stir in the hot milk. Sprinkle in the bubble gum syrup and served in a highball glass warm.
