Method
  1. Warm glass and heat up the red port wine.
  2. Coat peel in sugar.
  3. Burn peel and add to glass.
  4. Add in the orange juice.
  5. Stir in the warm red port wine.

Colonel Negus is delish full bodied cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Stirred with 120ml port wine tawny penfolds club and 30ml orange juice and good with afternoon tea. Just warm glass and heat up the red port wine then coat peel in sugar and burn peel and add to glass. Add in the orange juice and stir in the warm red port wine and served in a wine glass warm.
